The Age: Stink over toilet costs at train stations

See the video from The Age

A state government expenses committee has been told that the government would spend an average $268,000 for each station to upgrade facilities for the officers, including toilets.
Transport Minister Terry Mulder defended the costs, saying it wouldn't just be spent on toilets, but also work spaces for the officers and handover rooms to detain offenders until police could pick them up.
Mr Mulder said meal rooms and toilets would be built at a "small number of stations" where existing facilities did not exist.

Do all station users deserve better facilities? What do you think?
