I think your station survey is missing an important question regarding stations you use other than your local station.
I travel on the Frankston line and work near Parliament Station.
After the last timetable 'improvement?' I now have to change at Richmond.
This has highlighted to myself and my fellow travellers how inadequate Richmond is as a major interchange for the south and east.
Most of the platforms have only partial overhead cover and there is no protection at all from the wind - and at 5:34am it can be very cold!
How hard could it be to enclose it like Southern Cross station?

Another problem with stations is the lighting. The huge globes used within some stations seem to make a loud hum which at times becomes unbearable. I don't know whether they are supposed to be efficient. Thanks, Kristen
